Toilets & Showers
We know just how important a clean toilet block is to our users and through regular cleaning, we aim to keep our standard as high as possible. We also have a current programme of upgrading our toilet blocks and adding additional blocks - details on the buildings page. Visiting groups are also asked to help with the cleaning by keeping the facilities as tidy as possible. |

Wet Weather Shelters
There is a covered area outside Trefusis bunkhouse which offers some protection from the elements, we also make Nissan Hut 2 (range) available for campsite users in exceptional weather conditions, this facility is not suitable for sleeping. Free of charge but not available for exclusive use sorry. |

Telephone
There is no public phone available at Nine Ashes. Mobile phone reception is usually obtainable throughout the site. We can provide a phone charging service. |

Car Parking
The car park is situated in front of the main building, drivers are asked to park in such a way to avoid blocking other campers and to allow emergency access. Please ensure all vehicles are logged with reception upon arrival (reg. number, driver, group, site etc). No Vehicles are allowed on Pencarrow field - if campers have equipment in trailers we would be happy to assist and move these to your site for you. |

Water Taps
Each of the camp sites on Pencarrow Field have taps attached to them with simple soak aways. The second (overflow) field does have taps at various points along the fence joining the main field. (New for 2011) |

We also have a central wood pile near the entrance to the playground area. Fires are permitted but only on raised alter fires (available free from reception). We care for our forest, please do not bark, cut or fell any standing timber. |
